Bookings are essential for all NAK Hair Education. Positions are limited. Payment is required to secure your place.

Cancellations

Considered accepted at time of booking, our cancellation policy for 2025 NAK Hair Education events is as follows. All cancellations must be made via email to education@nakhair.com.au. Once a cancellation has been accepted, you will receive verification of this via return email. To avoid a cancellation fee, you can substitute staff, providing the substituted staff member fits the required workshop criteria. In this instance, please contact education@nakhair.com.au with your name and the education event you were booked for, as well as their full name and contact details. Please note that NAK Hair Business Development Managers and Educators are unable to accept cancellations.

Workshop cancellation periods are as follows:
14 days or more: Full refund 
Less than 14 days: No refund due

NAK Hair reserves the right to cancel or postpone any workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case all participants will be notified via phone and email and due a full refund. All prices listed are in AUD and includes GST.

NAK Hair will not be responsible for any costs associated with travel, flights and/or accommodation incurred as a result of an event cancellation or rescheduling.
