PAYMENT POLICY
Once the Registration Form has been completed and sent, your invoice will be emailed to the Contact Email you have provided. Payment is required prior to the Session to secure your place.
NAK HAIR EDUCATION CANCELLATIONS
Considered accepted at time of booking, our cancellation policy for 2019 NAK Hair education events is as follows:
All cancellations must be made by email to NAK Education Department: education@nakhair.com.au. Once a cancellation has been accepted, you will receive verification of this via return email. To avoid a cancellation fee you can substitute staff, providing the substituted staff member fits the required seminar criteria. In this instance, please contact education@nakhair.com.au with your name and the education event you were booked for, as well as their full name and contact details. Please note that NAK Hair Sales Contractors and Educators are unable to accept cancellations.
Cancellation periods are as follows:
- 14 days or more: full refund
- 14 days or less: no refund due
NAK HAIR Australia Pty Ltd reserve the right to cancel or postpone any seminar due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case all participants will be notified by phone and due a full refund. All prices listed include GST.
